Neal launched VMS in 1995 at the age of 26 after his role as operations manager for a company producing high-impact medical meetings and large-scale international programs for healthcare clients. His calling to seek out and understand patient needs on an individual level — and then tailor solutions to meet those needs — led him to co-found VMS BioMarketing, where he stands today as Principal Officer.

As a leader in biomarketing services, Neal equips the company and its clients with cutting-edge technology that allows for flawlessly executed programs. He provides an environment that cultivates ideas and innovation, tests new concepts, and celebrates success. His focus on developing an organic corporate culture that nurtures the entrepreneurial spirit has been instrumental in creating the well-seasoned, educated staff of VMS that is recognized as industry experts in the field of healthcare education, patient adherence, outreach, strategic meetings management, compliance, and marketing. Neal's insight into the industry created the foundation for VMS to reach more than 50,000 face-to-face patient trainings and education programs annually, which have impacted more than one million patients and healthcare professionals.

Neal graduated from Indiana University with a double major in journalism and psychology with a certificate in semiotic studies. He completed the Birthing of Giants three-year executive entrepreneurship program at MIT, was an Indianapolis Business Journal "40 under 40: Most Influential People in Indiana," and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He serves on the boards of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Young Entrepreneur's Organization.
