As Vice President of Business Development, Tina brings more than 20 years of experience building business for the life sciences and technology industries. With a robust history in account growth, relationship management, and new business generation, Tina shapes and executes solutions to meet client needs and brand strategies.
Having worked in outsourced commercial solutions for over 20 years, Tina has helped pharmaceutical, biotech and device companies build out their commercial organizations by identifying the right strategy and tactics to drive pre-launch, launch and post-launch brand success in terms of product growth and patient outcomes. This includes developing innovative commercial solutions for customers including Clinical Nurse Educators, Medical Science Liaisons, clinical call centers, and sales teams.
Tina obtained her bachelor's degree in marketing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and her MBA in healthcare administration from Baruch College/Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York. Prior to VMS, Tina spent 14 years with inVentiv Health (now Syneos) in various business development leadership roles. In her spare time, she also taught pharmaceutical sales force management at Rutgers State University of New Jersey in the school's pharmaceutical MBA program. Tina was also honored as a "Rising Star" by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and has been a member of HBA for over 18 years.
