Ashley Andert works in the capacity of Director of Recruitment and has been with the company for nearly seven years. In this role, Ashley has a keen eye for recognizing top talent and placing individuals in the right roles. She leads all recruiting operations and the overall talent acquisition strategy for VMS, sourcing both top-level clinical and non-clinical personnel. In addition, Ashley creates an outstanding work environment and provides exceptional leadership and coaching to not only the recruitment team, but the external resources she manages daily. Ashley also participates in the launches of core and sub teams of brand-new Clinical Nurse Educator networks and defines clear goals related to objectives and metrics.

Previously, Ashley worked as Senior IT Recruiter at Pinnacle Partners where she was a top-producing recruiter and consistently exceeded year-to-date gross margin goals, and she started her career with JC Hart Company managing a multimillion-dollar luxury apartment community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
