During her 15-plus year tenure at VMS, Jennifer Stephenson has built long-standing relationships with clients, providing a singular focus on patient-centric solutions to the Client Solutions team she leads. Jennifer has a 100% batting average at ensuring programs are launched within scope, on time, and to the clients’ full satisfaction. Her ability to pull in a strategic focus within each new tactic, create client advocates, and deliver a results-oriented approach is above reproach.
Jennifer has created patient engagement and medication adherence initiatives that have empowered hundreds of thousands of patients and trained thousands of healthcare professionals across multiple disease states. The programs have resulted in a consistent 98% to 100% program satisfaction across attendee types. She is a true patient advocate who has dedicated her career to enhancing patient engagement and medication adherence among people with serious and chronic health conditions. She approaches her work to consistently challenge the best offering and solutions for the end user and creates valuable storylines that resonate with clients, patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
