A 21-year veteran of VMS, Valerie is responsible for the management of compliance, data analytics and operational processes. Throughout her tenure, she has helped develop and grow the company’s various educator networks. She also has held numerous positions within the nurse support team, which gives her top-to-bottom knowledge of our client portfolio. Valerie has experienced all levels of contact points with clients and educators. As Executive Director, Centralized Operations and Quality, she is focused on the business process, communications, efficiencies, and technology for the business units through risk mitigation, practices, and compliance. Valerie loves working with clients and the clinical team members to create solutions that are efficient and compliant with the goal of making processes impactful for our programs. Valerie holds a BA in communications from the University of Southern Indiana.
